Human Rights Policy

We abides by the laws and regulations of the locations where it operates around the world and is committed to upholding the human rights of its employees, safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests, supporting and complying with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Covenants, the International Labor Conventions, and other internationally recognized human rights covenants and standards, and establishing a spirit of fairness, reasonableness, and amicability in treating and respecting all employees, as well as respecting all colleagues, including full-time, temporary, migrant, intern, and contractual employees, with dignity, and extending this spirit to our partners.
 
The following is the procedure to be followed:
•Establishing a safe and healthy working environment
 Provide a safe and healthy working environment and necessary health and first aid
 measures to eliminate hazards in the working environment that may affect the health
 and safety of employees. Factors in the work environment that may affect the health
 and safety of employees and reduce the risk of occupational accidents.

 labor relations, and fairness in hiring, compensation and benefits, training, evaluation,
 and promotion opportunities. We also provide an effective and appropriate complaint
 mechanism to avoid and respond to matters that jeopardize employees' rights and

 To ensure equal working opportunities for employees, we do not allow any differential
 treatment or any form of discrimination against individuals on the basis of gender

•Assisting staff to maintain physical and mental health and work-life balance
